2.1 Order Placement

• Receiving an initial order confirmation email

Please note: the initial confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order or confirmation of payment.

2.2 Discount Codes

Iwanna & Co may issue discount codes or store credit under certain circumstances, including returns or exceptional situations. Personal discount codes are single-use and must be redeemed in one transaction.

2.3 Order Acceptance

After an order is placed, Iwanna & Co will verify order details, stock availability, payment status, and shipping information. Once accepted, a final confirmation email will be sent.

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors such as customs or peak periods. (Processing and delivery times to be reconfirmed against current operations.)

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Iwanna & Co is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

International Shipping

For shipments outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Delivery times may be affected by customs procedures.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices on the Website are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time; the price at checkout is binding.

Payment must be completed in advance using the methods available on the Website.

5. Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers in the United Kingdom have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Customers may return unworn and undamaged products within 60 days of receipt, following the instructions outlined in our Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. (Return window to be reconfirmed against current policy.)

Items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for refunds.
